1. Refund Policy

At Digi Shop Bazar, we provide professional digital services including Website Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Ad Management. Since these are service-based offerings, we follow a structured refund policy.

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical glitch.

  • Non-Commencement of Work: If we have not started working on your project within 72 hours of the payment and you wish to withdraw.

  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill your specific service request due to internal constraints.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Work has already started or the project has been partially/fully completed.

  • The service (like a logo, video, or website) has already been delivered to you.

  • Ad spend has already been consumed on platforms like Meta (Facebook) or Google Ads.

  • The delay in project completion is due to a lack of communication or materials from the client’s side.

2. Important Timelines

  • Request Period: Any refund request must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: Clients can request to cancel a service before the execution begins. Once the design, development, or marketing process has started, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Subscription Cancellation: If you have opted for a monthly maintenance or marketing retainer, you can cancel the upcoming month’s subscription by notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
