Once you purchase a service or start a project with us, the final deliverables will be sent to you digitally via the following methods:
Email: Final design files, website credentials, and reports will be sent to your registered email address.
Cloud Storage Links: Large video files or project folders will be shared via secure links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
WhatsApp: Quick drafts and communication may be shared via our official WhatsApp number.
Direct Access: For website projects, the delivery is considered complete once the site is live on your domain.
The delivery time varies depending on the nature and complexity of the service ordered:
Graphic Design (Logos/Posters): 24 to 48 business hours.
Video Editing: 2 to 5 business days.
