Revisions: We offer a specific number of revisions for design and editing services as mentioned in the service package.
Client Cooperation: Clients must provide necessary materials (logos, text, images) on time to ensure project completion.
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All payments are processed securely through our partnered payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe Payment Gateway).
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking as displayed during the checkout process.
Payments will reflect on your bank statement under the merchant name: Digi Shop Bazar.
For large projects, a partial advance payment may be required before work begins.
Since we provide digital services (which involve labor and time), refunds are only considered if work has not yet started on a project.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Once a digital service (like a logo design or website) is delivered or the work is significantly completed, no refunds will be issued.

Unless otherwise agreed, the final designs, websites, or videos created for the client will belong to the client upon full payment. However, Digi Shop Bazar retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
Users agree not to misuse the website or use our services for any illegal or unethical activities, including the promotion of prohibited content via Meta or Google Ads.
Digi Shop Bazar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of business profits) arising from the use of our services or any third-party ad platform (like Facebook/Google Ads) policies.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malda, West Bengal.
